Please, Courtney, listen: Don't let them get inside your head. Yes, you have enemies in this world who want to destroy you, but don't let them and don't help them. You cannot please all of the people all of the time. It'll drive you crazy if you try. Put your foot down. Remember, people have short attention spans. Some other story will come along and this will blow over. If you read a book, chant, do yoga, and/or anything positive to get your mind off of all this and lay low, it will blow over and you'll be ok that way. If you let them upset you, it'll hurt you unnecessarily. Stick to "no comment." That's the right way to go. Discipline. Don't send yourself bad karma by letting them get you down. You tried to be a friend. That was a good thing. You are good. Remember that, please. If you stick to it, things will eventually get better. Please be ok and protect yourself
